What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Yes, we know you might want your order the minute you place it. That's why we offer both regular and express postage options available at checkout. Orders placed with regular shipping generally take 3-7 business days and express take 1-3 business days.

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

We know you are keen to get your hands on your new purchase. At AVAYOS all orders ordered before 1PM AEST will generally be shipped same day, all other orders will be shipped the next business day.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Due to the current worldwide COVID-19 crisis, we only ship Australia wide due to shipping limitations. We will return to shipping Internationally as soon as conditions allow.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Australian orders placed with regular postage generally take 3-7 business days and express take 1-3 business days. International orders however can take anywhere between 5-21 business days dependent on destination.

Do you accept AfterPay or ZIP?

Yes, we offer both AfterPay and ZIP Pay because we understand the importance of having the flexibility to choose how you want to pay. With these payment options you can receive your AVAYOS items without having to pay everything upfront.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Our logistics team at AVAYOS are very efficient. We are only able to make changes to your order if we haven't started packing it. Please contact us ASAP AU: 1300 908 402

I got the wrong size what do I do?

At AVAYOS we understand mistakes happen, that's why we offer a 14 day returns period* to cater to any changes of mind, wrong sizes or anything else. *Returns subject to conditions available in our Terms and Conditions

How Do I Track My Order?

You will receive tracking information for your order as soon as it is shipped. Depending on the type of shipment selected, order tracking updates can be delayed by up to 24 hours.

Can I exchange/return swimwear?

No, none of the swimwear items can be returned/exchanged due to sanitary issues and especially during the pandemic. However, if you are not happy, you can submit a return request and the case will be assessed on an individual basis.

Can I return sale items?

Unfortunately, any items purchased on sale are non-refundable if they are a change of mind or wrong size. Please submit a return request if in doubt.
